Our company, established in July 1997, is located in Zhenglou Industrial Area, Pingyang, Zhejiang Province, China.

Our company integrates the research, development, industry and trade. The plant has 22,000 square meters, more than 150 employees, becoming one of the best manufacturers of rigid box and case maker machinery equipped with the most advanced CNC tooling machines in China. We have rights of self-managed import and export. Our company has been admitted to ISO9001 Quality Management System Certificate. The products have been admitted to Europe CE Certificate. Our products have been exported to Europe, America, South Africa, the Middle East and Southeast Asia, more than fifty countries and regions. There is an agency network all over the world.

Enterprise's History
--Established on August 6th, 1997, Ruian Fuda Printing Machinery Factory was specialized in manufacturing flat-press indentation line-cutting machines.
--In May 2000, the name "Ruian Fuda Printing Machinery Factory" was changed into Ruian Fuda Printing Machinery Co., Ltd.
--In 2003, the company was admitted to autonomous import and export license.
--In September 2003, our products were reconstructed from the single flat-press indentation line-Diecutting machine into multi-purpose machinery. In the same year, we started to produce semi-automatic rigid box maker and semi-automatic case maker.
--On May 19th, 2005, the enterprise was admitted to ISO9001:2000 QMSC.
--In May 2005, the semi-automatic rigid box maker was rewarded the title of "New Product New Technology of Zhejiang Province".
--In June 2005, we started to research and develop the automatic case maker of FD-AFM450.
--In June 2006, we researched and developed the automatic case maker of FD-AFM450 with success. In the same year, it appeared in Shanghai International Printing Machinery Show. They won the praise of customers at home and abroad.
--In August 2006, the automatic case maker FD-AFM450 was patented by the state patent administration.
--In September 2006, the products were admitted to Europe CE Certificate.
--In October 2006, the automatic case maker was rewarded the title of "New Product with New Technology of Zhejiang Province".
--In 2007, we started to research and develop the automatic rigid box maker of RB6040.
--In August 2007, the name "Ruian Fuda Printing Machinery Co., Ltd." was changed into Zhejiang Zhengrun Machinery Co., Ltd. at a provincial level.
--In September 2007, we bought 16 acre plant in Zhenglou Industrial Area, Pingyang County, Zhejiang Province.
--In October 2007, we moved the new plant: No.255, Kaifa 2nd Road, Development Zone, Ruian Economic Development Zone, Zhejiang Province, China.
--In November 2007, Hong Kong Fuda Machinery Co., Ltd. and us invested and established "Wenzhou Zhengrun Machinery Co., Ltd."
--In May 2010, Wenzhou Zhengrun Machinery Co., Ltd. plant was completed and put into use.
--In 2011, we started to research and develop CM390 High-speed Case Maker.
--In December 2011, Zhengrun Company was awarded the title of "Wenzhou S&T (Innovation) enterprise".
--In June 2012, we purchased a MITSUI horizontal machining center (with 11 machining centers), further enhancing our processing capacity.
--In July 2012, we successfully researched and developed CX420 box wrapper. At the same time, it was put into the market and harvested good response.
--In August 2012, we researched and developed ATJ600 Automatic box Former.
--In October 2012, Zhengrun Company was awarded the title of "National High-Tech Enterprise".
